Ceramic Ball & Socket Fish Spine Beads

Du-Co Ceramics manufactures steatite ceramic and 96% alumina ball & socket fish spine beads designed for high-temperature electrical insulation applications. Ceramic Ball and Socket Fish Spine Beads (also called “Fish Spine Beads”), are flexible ceramic beads and feature a unique concave and convex design that allows insulated wires to bend, twist, and flex while maintaining continuous ceramic insulation. Fish spine beads are commonly used to insulate bare electrical wires in air and vacuum systems, heating elements, and other high-temperature applications requiring dependable electrical insulation.
